Sonic Robo Blast 2 2.2.13 🞉

As of this writing, trying to compile this port under WSL2 results in failure.
Under ChromeOS's linux container, running the script ./package.sh, I was able to run the build completely without issues.
Update:
Using lower version on curl, I was able to build curl, which enabled me to properly build SRB2.

Note: as of this writing, you may need to pass the kernel argument 'vmmouse=off' so that your mouse stays locked in the game.
